With over 20 years of executive experience in food and beverage sales and marketing, Phil has guided corporate strategic initiatives for company's like Auntie Anne's, Hanover Foods, Garden Spot Foods, Isaac's Restaurants, and business development for DuPont spin-off's. He has also developed several successful start-ups like Neat Foods (meat and egg alternatives), Pivot Marketing and a tour-guide company called "Lokal Experiences" in his hometown of Lancaster, PA. In his spare time, Phil enjoys taking part in fitness activities, sports, and traveling with wife Annamarie, and daughters, Morgan, Kaitlyn & Mackenzie.
